Our traditional Dalmatian stone house was built sometime in the 19th century and has been lovingly renovated. It was important to us to keep the old charm of the house and add a little modern comfort. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms (two with sea views and a desk), a new renovated bathroom, a living room with kitchenette and the highlight - the 26sqm rooftop terrace with open sea views and a nice outdoor kitchen. The house is only 5 meter away from the water - next to the restaurant Mareta in the center of Prvić Luka, one of the two old villages on Prvić - an island without cars.

The village itself has preserved its centuries old charm and you can feel the spirit of the true Mediterranean as it once was. The island is perfect for laid back vacations, but also there are enough possibilities for a more active vacation.

You wanna explore: Those who enjoy hiking can climb the two hills where the remains of military bunkers are located. The ascent is not difficult and can also be mastered with children.
In front of the house on a small beach you can directly jump into the cool water. The crystal clear water everywhere invites you to snorkel. Over the hill to Šepurine there are also small sandy beaches.
Those who are interested in culture will find right behind the house the museum of Faust Vrančić, an old inventor - the Leonardo da Vinci of the Croatians - who invented the parachute, for example.
At the village square there is every morning a fresh market with delicious fruit and vegetables from the island and sometimes fresh fish. There is also a small supermarket, a bakery and an ATM.
Right next to the house there is a modern playground for children, a kiosk and a small ice cream shop. There are no cars on the island just a few nice old tractors.
At the harbor you can also rent a boat or get tickets for the ferry. So you can explore the small islands around, the village Vodice or the old town and fresh market of Šibenik.
Of course there are also many delicious little restaurants and cafes. In addition to the really good and strong coffee and traditional dishes, they also offer great fish dishes.
Or just enjoy the island like a real Dalmatian: absorb the peace of the wonderful nature, lay back and read a good book, hang up your fishing rod or look at the stunning sunsets.

When I was on the little Island Prvić for the first time in 2019, we celebrated my birthday in exactly this house - at that time I was still a German tourist myself. I fell in love with the island instantly. But nobody even thought about that just two years later my husband and I would live and work on this beautiful island, buy this old charming stone house and an "Apartmani Magdalena" would arise. For me as an interior designer renovating and designing this Apartment, was always a dream and I am blessed to share this now with my guests.
